Principal Photography on Quantum Suicide of Sophie Miller Begins

WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA. At approximately 1:00pm (EST) today, Saturday 18 February 2012, principal photography on RiverBend Films fifth feature film, The Quantum Suicide of Sophie Miller, was officially launched. Director Kevin G. Bender celebrated the moment with writer/producer Matthew Marcus, producer Darrell Poe, actresses Aimee Snow and Alexia Poe, and other assembled cast and crew, by opening a bottle of champagne. Also being celebrated on 18 February was the birthday of producer Darrel Poe. Principal photography began with a brief scene from the beginning of the film that takes place in a small garage. A location in Woodbridge, Virginia, was utilized for the first shoot. After wrapping the scene, planning began in earnest for the next scheduled shoot.
